Shipping

Current order processing time is 2 business days. We ship with Japan Post every day from Monday to Friday. Shipping to most international destinations takes around 14 business days. Please be aware that shipping times may be longer if your parcel is held for customs inspection in the destination country, or in cases of inclement weather.

Standard shipping rates are for small packet international airmail from Japan which does not come with a tracking number. If you would like your parcel shipped with a tracking number please select either registered airmail or EMS shipping at the checkout.

We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to include a tracking number on shipments at our discretion.

Parcels that weigh 2kg and over will automatically ship via EMS express shipping with insurance and a tracking number.

All customs and import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and parcels will be marked as merchandise. Please ensure you take into account any potential import taxes and fees before you place your order.

Returns

We cannot accept returns on cut fabric however do get in touch if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase. Returns are not accepted without prior approval and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If any item in your order arrives damaged please get in touch with a description and photo of the damage. Please do not wash the fabric if it arrives damaged. We will work with you to ensure any issues are solved. Thank you.
